I only wish that the S5 or A6 model had a manual transmission, as I would of purchased one of those models to get more performance."

Worked with multiple salespeople from ordering to delivery. Very thorough. The only thing that could have been improved was the overall visibility of the vehicle while in the building/transit process. Stating that the vehicle is on the boat or it's arrival will be about 7 days after the boat docks isn't precise enough for some customers. RFID data should be available and relayed to the customer should that customer desire it. I was told my vehicle was in country one day and that delivery would be the following week, then the next day I got a call that it's at the dealership seems slightly disorganized. I felt like I should be able to track a $55K vehicle as well as I can track a $5 Amazon package."

That willingness to take the time to make sure I understood the numbers made me feel even more like a valued customer. There were some issues with the vehicle discovered after delivery, and the entire team (sales, services, and the business manager) worked together to make sure they were taken care of and I was fully satisfied."

I wanted a more uncommon exterior and interior color combination of the current year design and would not compromise. This required negotiation with another dealership which could have potentially affected the sales price but they did a fantastic job - I got the car for what I believe to be a good price. Matt also shipped the car here and had it fully inspected before I purchased it. Price for the vehicle was agreed to over the phone with Ken Becker before the vehicle was shipped to Colorado Springs. When the vehicle arrived, it was inspected and cleaned up. I stopped in to give my final approval and then an appointment was made to do the sales paperwork. The appointment was for 10am. The finance guy was held up on another deal and I was notified not to come until later. When I did arrive for appointment at noon, I waited for 20 minutes. Ken was excellent. He kept the car in the showroom to keep it pristine for me. He arranged to have an after market clear bra installed. He offered to bring the car to my home when I didn't have a ride down to the dealership. Ken and Matt did a great job. To meet my needs, they had to go beyond the usual sales deal and I am extremely grateful. I really love my new A7 and it is as fabulous as I knew it would be. Now I can give our other A7 back to my husband to drive!"
